Leo Beyer in the lead after another eventful day for our young Endeavour sailors

Thursday was another eventful day for our young Endeavour sailors here in Bermuda.
They completed their first round of "Un-Regatta" races on the Great Sound with spectacular finishes! Kanoa Pick from Hawaii took 1st place with Leo Beyer (Germany) and Aiden Lopes (Bermuda) right behind him. They had some exciting on-water distraction when the Red Bull Youth America's Cup sailors made their way around the Bay, making for a thrilling finish for everyone watching.

That wasn't the last our O'Pen BIC sailors saw of the RBYAC Team though, in the evening after the races all 32 sailors got a chance to head down to the America's Cup Village and meet 5 members from Switzerland Team Tilt, New Generation Team USA, and Team Spanish Impulse. That's not all, they also had the chance to tour one of the AC45 boats and even got to hop on board! Overall another great day for these talented youth sailors, and looking forward to the final Un-Regatta races on Friday and a weekend full of America's Cup events.
